It feels like Spring but it’s still hard to beat a ski weekend at Stowe with family and friends. We are transitioning from winter to spring – don’t wait too long to start riding outside in this gorgeous weather for triathlon season; if that’s your goal. My husband just went for his first bike ride to kick start his Ironman training. We are now working on his running and stretching program.
Nothing like a vacation outside with my family in the fresh air!

Follow this simple rule:
If you have a fever or symptoms below the neck such as a cough then take a break from exercise. If you have symptoms above the neck and you are congested with just a head cold go ahead and have a light workout if you feel up to it. Do not exercise if you have a bad cough or bronchitis as it can easily transgress into pnuemonia or more serious conditions.
